Takamine GY93E-NAT Semi-acoustic New Yorker Western guitar
The GY93E-NAT is a well-designed semi-acoustic New York-style western guitar from Takamine. The guitar is an excellent choice for any guitarist looking for a top quality western guitar with a clear and articulate tone in good quality at an affordable price.
The guitar is built from a solid spruce deck. The back of the guitar is 3-part and consists of Black Walnut wood divided in the middle by maple with a rustic and bright look, where the grain of the wood stands out clearly. The sides are also made of Black Walnut and Maple. The body's composition of these carefully selected materials gives the guitar a thoroughly melodious tone and an exceptional look. The guitar's narrow neck is made of mahogany and the fretboard is made of laurel wood, which makes the guitar comfortable to hold in the hands and increases playability.
The shape of the guitar is the increasingly popular parlor-style New Yorker guitar shape. This guitar shape is Takamine's smallest full-scale guitar - super comfortable to play whether sitting or standing and with a delicious, well-balanced tone that makes the guitar break through the soundscape clearly and distinctly.
The guitar is equipped with a TP-4OD preamp with built-in volume knob, a three-band EQ, tuner, mid-switch and a notch filter.
