Delivery with GLS:
Orders ordered with GLS to private or business addresses in Denmark are delivered every weekday between 7 am and 4 pm. You can also order delivery to one of GLS' PakkeShops. You will see the three closest PakkeShops to your specified delivery address. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed, if the item is in stock. You can expect to receive your order 1-2 business days after dispatch. When ordering custom-made items from our suppliers, you can expect slightly longer delivery times. The order will typically be shipped within 5-7 days. It will be clearly stated on the product page if the item is a custom-made item. In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do in the matter – e.g. give you your money back, or help you find a similar item elsewhere.
If you are not at home when GLS delivers your package, the driver will take the package to a nearby PakkeShop, and you will be notified where you can pick it up shortly afterwards. You can pick up your package the same day after 4:00 PM or within the next 10 business days. If you do not pick up your package within 10 business days, it will be returned to BORG Sound.
If we receive a package that the recipient has not collected within the due time, we will contact the customer about a possible new delivery. The cost of the new delivery is covered by the recipient. The customer can also choose to get the money back. We would like to point out that we deduct the actual return cost from the parcel shop back to the store. Delivery may take one to two days longer when delivering to addresses on unbridged islands.

Large shipments of over 20 kg.
When purchasing physically large items, GLS cannot always cover the shipping.
Large shipments will either be delivered via a carrier, by GLS or by our own carriers. If it is possible to split your order into two or more packages, we will send it with GLS to your home address. If this is not possible, or if it is most appropriate to send your order by carrier, Brink transport will be responsible for your delivery. You will be able to follow the shipment via the Track & Trace number you receive upon delivery. If the delivery is carried out by our own carriers, you will be contacted separately about the delivery time.
Delivery and assembly (only when purchasing a piano)
It is possible to purchase our "delivery and assembly" service when purchasing a piano. We deliver the piano and assemble it in your home, so that you do not have to assemble the piano yourself and then dispose of excess cardboard and packaging. We only drive when everything is playing. All you have to do is be at home.
When purchasing "Delivery and Assembly", we will contact you as soon as possible regarding the delivery date and time.
NOTE: We only offer "Delivery & Assembly" to the entire Zealand, Funen, the Triangle area, Møn, Lolland, Falster and Langeland. Write or call us if you are in doubt whether we can offer delivery and assembly to your address.
