Roland JU-06A Synthesizer module
Juno-60 and Juno-106 in one synth
The old JUNO synthesizers are, for many musicians, the definition of the sound of the 80s. They are worth their weight in gold on the second-hand market and many keyboard players desperately want to own one or bitterly regret having sold the one they once had. With the JU-06A, you get the sound, look and features of both the JUNO-60 and JUNO-106 in one instrument that you can take with you everywhere.
With you wherever you are
The JU-06A is an ideal tool for studio sessions and live gigs, as with its built-in speakers, battery-powered power supply, compact form and legendary content, it is easy to carry around, operate and is well suited to the high-end midi controllers of the time.
The sound
The JU-06A is the best of the JUNO-60 and JUNO-106 in one synth. It has the continuous high-pass filter from 106, envelope-controllable pulse-width modulation from 60 and the unique filter behavior from both of them, which you can switch between directly from the front panel. The sound is unmistakably from its vintage roots, even when you tweak the controls or use the more extreme settings. And no vintage JUNO would be complete without the swirling sound of the legendary chorus, totally recreated right down to the beloved (and thankfully adjustable) noise.
The JU-06A is equipped with the JUNO-60's arpeggio function, chord memory and built-in sequencer, which together can create the coolest polyphonic phrases.
The JU-06A can be connected via USB, MIDI and has an external clock input so it can be synced with analogue vintage instruments.
