With two five-inch speakers, a custom-crafted wooden cabinet, and 35 watts of maximum power, this everyday practice companion delivers rich, resonant tones that rival much larger amps. A wide range of onboard amp characters and effects support any style of music, and you can customize setups and enhance daily sessions with the accompanying BOSS Tone Studio app for iOS and Android. And thanks to advanced BOSS wireless technology, you have complete freedom to move around without having to worry about instrument cables tripping you up.

High-Performance BOSS Wireless Technology BOSS's acclaimed digital wireless guitar technology is at the heart of the Katana-Air EX, delivering transparent sound and lightning-fast response without lag or interruptions. The included transmitter offers up to 12 hours of playtime per charge, and the integrated motion sensor and standby function conserve power when the system is inactive. This allows you to leave the transmitter plugged in between practice sessions and power up the system simply by picking up your instrument.
