The BOSS BB-1X Bass Driver is a premium stompbox designed to make your bass sound fat and punchy. The BB-1X is more than just a standard compact bass pedal. It acts as a preamp, which is an essential part of a great bass sound. It captures the essence and subtle nuances of your bass and amplifies and enhances their character. The BB-1X incorporates BOSS' latest MDP technology and delivers a wide range of great sounds, from natural cleans to heavy distortion. It adapts and responds to any playing style or register, but never loses the body or fundamental sound of the instrument. The BB-1X's natural distortion maintains high resolution and dynamics, reflecting the finest details of your sound.

The BB-1X makes your sound clear and defined, and keeps the bottom from muddying. The Blend knob lets you easily adjust your sound by mixing your direct signal with the effect sound. The Low, High, and Drive knobs allow you to create a wide range of sounds. These controls not only shape frequencies, but also change the characteristics of the sound.
