Swap out a snare drum, mix the toms, get a bigger bass drum, and swap out the heavy cymbals for lighter, sharper ones. Then you can tune the drums, add damping, and virtually change the ambient space the drums are in. And as the icing on the cake, you can use the module's individual EQs to shape the drum sound just right - just like a professional sound engineer would.
Quiet Drums
One of the biggest advantages of choosing electronic drums for your home is that they are much quieter than acoustic drums. But not all electronic drum kits are created equal, and the amount of physical noise they make can vary greatly. The TD-07KV is designed, through decades of research, to be quieter than other electronic kits. Mesh heads minimize noise from the surface of the drums themselves, without compromising rebound, and special damping in the bass drum reduces noise and vibration while maintaining a natural feel. Even the components in the stand are designed to reduce vibration and noise transfer to the floor, and Roland also has a range of products that can further reduce noise if necessary.
Play Music Over Bluetooth
Playing drums to your favorite songs is one of the most fun and productive things you can do with an electronic drum kit, and the TD-07KV makes it easy. Thanks to built-in Bluetooth, you can find your tracks on your phone, tablet or computer, and wirelessly hear the sound through the module along with your drums. Video audio is also transmitted, so it's perfect for playing along with online songs or lessons/tutorials. And if you don't have a device with Bluetooth, you can simply bring in the audio via a cable. MIDI transmission over Bluetooth is also supported, so you can record MIDI data into music apps completely without cables.
