DCM6 has built in pop files which consist of 3 unique layers. This is not a simple foam filter. With experience gained from the Refexion filters, sE has implemented a far more linear and less coloring filter than we otherwise find in dynamic microphones. The result is a more natural sound, while plosives are significantly reduced. The integrated suspension ensures that mechanical vibrations are kept out of the microphone.
