iD4 has now got a big brother named Audient iD4 MKII. It has the iD44's power with 126 dB dynamic range on the DA and AD converters, which is a big step up in sound quality and makes the experience fully professional.
iD4 MkII delivers the same sound quality as a large analogue desk but in a transportable format and allows simultaneous recording of both, e.g. guitar and singing. With the iD4 MKII, you get Audient's renowned Class A microphone preamp, high-quality AD/DA converters, dual headphone jacks, and monitor control. The JFET DI instrument input is created as a replica of the input of a classic tube amplifier. Control the software with the iD wheel's ScrollControl. iD4 is a professional yet cost-effective solution for home studies.

Audient iD4 MKII contains the acclaimed Audient Console mic pre, which is Audient's class-A microphone preamplifier. They use the same high-quality preamplifier throughout their product line, so you get the same sound quality, no matter whether you use the compact solution or the large studio desk.
Audient has years of experience in the construction and production of analogue study desks. They have used that knowledge to produce analogue circuits of the best calibre. With top-quality AD-DA converters, you get crystal-clear conversion technology, so you can hear the most accurate result and the recording sounds the way it's meant to sound.
With the virtual scroll wheel "ScrollControl" it makes life a little easier, as you can now use the volume button to scroll virtually at the press of a button. It can be used in your recording program, to adjust plugin parameters, to browse iTunes and much more just by pointing the mouse. It is also quickly turned off again by pressing the volume button.
